Prepare to get your 2015-2020 Ford F150 4WD truck dirty after installing a 6-inch lift kit with FOX 2.0 struts by BDS Suspension. Designed to improve stance the BDS 6 inch lift kit with FOX 2.0 front struts give more capability off-road. This kit includes everything necessary to set your F150 truck up right with clearance for up to 37″ tires.

This kit takes advantage of BDS’s tried and true high-clearance design for improved ground clearance, strength, and offroad protection while correcting suspension and steering geometry for great on-road handling characteristics. Up front the kit utilizes FOX 2.0 strut shocks, high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, multipiece differential relocation brackets and skidplate designed for offroad protection. Steering geometry is corrected at the new taller ride height with a pair of massive CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles. These combined with the provided sway bar relocation brackets, brake line brackets, alignment cam bolts, supplied hardware and more provide a comprehensive front suspension lift ready for use and abuse.

In the rear BDS utilizes high strength fabricated lift blocks and longer u-bolts to lift and level the stance along and NX2 Nitro or optional FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks.

FOX 2.0 Struts

These FOX 2.0 Performance Series coil-over struts bring impressive damper performance for great ride on and offroad capability designed as a direct bolt-in replacement for the factory strut assemblies while retaining the OE coil spring and top plate. They feature a 2.0″” extruded and machined 6061 T6 aluminum body for better heat dispersion, along with an internal floating piston (IFP) to eliminate oil aeration, FOX’s proprietary internals, 5/8″” hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy shaft.
