The Flatlink XXL, the world?s first foldable winch shackle mount with self-centering load spool. Compatible with wire rope diameters of up to 3/4″ and synthetic rope tube thimbles up to 5/8″ in diameter. Fits shackle pin diameters of 1 1/8″. 7/8″ diameter titanium double shear pin. Minimum breaking strength of 65,000 lbs. Conventional winch hooks can cut and fray recovery straps and often allow strap ends to escape during momentary slack cycles of a typical winching recovery. Screw pin or soft shackles do not allow strap loops to escape under slack conditions. Stows neatly against either roller or Hawse type fairleads. The EPDM Rubber Guards protect alloy fairleads and are securely attached with 4 barbed tips.
