TCJL-01 2018 to present Jeep JL Tailgate Mounted Tire Carrier. The DV8 Offroad TCJL-01 replaces the weakest link on the OEM spare tire mounting system, unlike Jeeps of the past the JL features a cast steel internal tailgate structure. This means that it is much stronger and more capable of handling heavier loads. The DV8 TCJL-01 replaces the factory bracket that connects the spare to the tailgate itself. It also makes the mounting system adjustable to accommodate up to a 35 inch tire and wheel combo.
