Borla Cat-Back™ Exhaust Sytem – ATAK® 141017BC

This dual 2.75″ diameter into single 3.5″ Cat-Back™ system was developed for use on F-250 and F-350 Super Duty trucks with performance, sound, style and durability in mind. The system features BORLA®’S Polyphonic Harmonizer Technology which utilizes patented units that contain pipes of different diameters and lengths to create multiple exhaust notes that harmonize to deliver a clean, rich, full-bodied sound. The muffler is specifically designed to give the 6.2L engine the aggressive ATAK® sound without any drone inside the vehicle. The computer numerical control (CNC) formed mandrel bent pipes ensure maximum flow for horsepower and torque along with an accurate fit. The system features a 5″ round black chrome on T-304 stainless steel tip. Using BORLA® Stainless Steel Polish p# 21461 is NOT recommended with these black chrome tips. We suggest cleaning the tips with hot water and a microfiber cloth. A system with a bright chrome on T-304 stainless steel tip is also available. This system can be adapted to the different wheelbases offered by Ford. 140798 includes the front extension pipe for the Crew Cab with Short Bed (6′ 9″) 160″ Wheelbase configuration. By removing the front extension pipe it will fit the Regular Cab with Long Bed (8′) 142″ Wheelbase. Add PN 60691 for Extended (Super Cab) with Short Bed (6′ 9″) 148″ Wheelbase, PN 60692 for Extended (Super Cab) with Long Bed (8′) 164″ Wheelbase, or PN 60693 for Crew Cab with Long Bed (8′) 176″ Wheelbase vehicles. NONE of these systems or configurations will fit trucks with dual rear wheels.
