The ReadyLIFT 8″ Lift Kit with Bilstein Shocks for 2007-2021 Toyota Tundra trucks offers an impressive increase in ground clearance, surpassing the competition by two inches. This comprehensive kit includes two rear Bilstein Shocks, renowned for their performance on Tundra trucks. Please note that this system is compatible with factory or aftermarket 20″ wheels but not with factory 18″ wheels. It is also not compatible with the TRD rear sway bar option. The 44-5877 8″ lift kit for Tundra trucks stands out with its remarkable features. It boasts ultra-strong subframe drop assemblies created through laser cutting, CNC bending, welding, and boxing. These assemblies maintain suspension geometry and provide over 2″ of increased ground clearance compared to other kits. The precision-designed iron knuckles, featuring CNC machining, ensure a precise fit while retaining factory tie rods with minor trimming. One of the kit’s innovations is its offset spacer design, which adds 8″ of lift while keeping the suspension’s track width unchanged. This means your front tires won’t protrude further than the rear ones, allowing you to use your stock 20″ wheels and spare tire when necessary. The kit also includes a differential drop kit designed for easy installation, maintaining proper CV axle and driveline angles. With the 44-5877 8″ lift kit, your tires will last longer, thanks to its focus on maintaining correct alignment and geometry specifications. For the rear, the kit incorporates OEM-style cast iron rear lift blocks and longer u-bolts with hardware. It also includes bump stop extensions and sway bar frame mount brackets to preserve the front sway bar’s factory position. All these components contribute to a suspension system that enhances the driving and handling experience of your Tundra truck. Regarding tire size, we recommend a maximum of 37″ on a 9″ wheel with a +25 offset to minimize the risk of rubbing. Note that front mud flaps may need to be removed for proper clearance.
