The TITAN tank is 29 gallons larger at 67 gallons. The stock tank is only 38 gallons. Tank includes a heavy-gauge steel nose skid plate. This plate protects the transmission and transfer case of the vehicle as well as supports and secures the large tank in place. Will not interfere with powered steps, air bag systems and most other accessories. Our mid-ship, direct replacement fuel tanks are designed to use your trucks’ stock/OE sending unit. However, our tanks are compatible with Fleece, AirDog, FASS, etc. This tank does NOT fit cab & chassis models. All 2008-2010 F450 trucks require the 0299002 Ford Fuel Line Extension Kit. The 0299001 Ford, F450 Long Bed Tank Adaption Kit must be used for this tank to be mounted in the F450.
