1-Inch Block and U-Bolt Kit for Ford F-150 (1997-2003)

1-Inch Block and U-Bolt Kit, fitment-checked

A 1-inch block and U-bolt kit for the 1997-2003 Ford F-150. Rather than steel, the blocks here are molded from fiberglass-reinforced nylon, tapered to ease driveshaft angle, 2.5 inches wide, and located by a single 9/16-inch pin. The round U-bolts are e-coated black with a 9/16-inch thread, 3.25-inch inside width, and 10.5-inch inside length.

This 1-inch kit fits the 1997-2003 Ford F-150 in both 4WD and RWD, across Base, XL, XLT, Lariat, King Ranch, Harley-Davidson Edition, and Lightning trims. Nylon composite construction keeps the package light, and the taper built into each block helps keep driveshaft angle reasonable after the height change. Match the 3.25-inch inside width and 10.5-inch inside length of the U-bolts to your spring pack before you order. Rough Country lists the install at 2-3 hours.
