Parcel orders

Shipping is free on every part we sell. There is no minimum. A $20 set of bushings ships free and so does a $5,000 lift kit. We ship within the contiguous United States, not Alaska, Hawaii or Canada.

We can do that because of how we buy. Most of what we sell comes direct from the manufacturer on freight terms we do not pay for, so there is nothing to pass on and nothing to bury in the part price. Where shipping does cost us something, it is small against what the part earns, and we would rather absorb it than make you do arithmetic at the checkout.

Heavy parts ship free too

A full lift kit is heavy, but it does not arrive on a pallet. It arrives as several ordinary boxes: springs in one, shocks in another, brackets and hardware in a third, and each of those is a normal parcel. So a kit weighing well over 300 lb ships on the same free ground service as a set of bushings, and it is not a trick: the manufacturer packs it that way and ships it that way.

The manufacturer decides what moves by freight, not the scale. A small number of parts genuinely have to travel LTL (long one-piece steel, mostly) and some of those weigh less than a lift kit that ships by parcel. Weight on its own tells you nothing, which is why we do not publish a weight cut-off.

6 parts in the catalogue are not sold through this site at all. Their carrier charges a residential delivery fee that nobody will quote in advance, so rather than surprise you with it we simply do not take the order online. Checkout will not accept one, and it is not a case of a shipping charge appearing at the last step. If you do arrange one by phone, two things are worth knowing. Freight deliveries are curbside by default. The driver is not required to carry anything into a garage or up a driveway, so plan on a second set of hands and somewhere to put a crate. And a commercial address with a loading dock is materially cheaper to deliver to than a house, so if you have access to a shop, a yard or a business address, say so when you call.

How long it takes

Parcel orders leave the warehouse within 1 business day and are typically in your hands 3–5 business days after that. That window is what we publish to Google, so it is a promise rather than an estimate.

Freight is not on that clock, but nothing on this site ships that way . The parts that would are the ones we do not sell online. If you arrange one by phone, the carrier schedules a delivery appointment and the timing depends on the lane and on whether the address has a dock.

Where it ships from

Most parts ship directly from the manufacturer or their distribution center, which is why they arrive quickly and sometimes in more than one box. An order with parts from different brands may arrive on different days, from different places, with separate tracking. Nothing is wrong if that happens.

Stock and lead times

Availability on this site comes from supplier feeds on a daily cycle, so what shows as in stock reflects a real warehouse count rather than a guess. It is still a snapshot: occasionally a part sells out between the feed and your order, and if that happens we’ll call you with the options rather than sit on the order.

Check the delivery before you sign

This matters most on freight. Count the boxes against the packing list and look the shipment over for damage before you sign. A signed clean receipt closes off the carrier’s liability, and neither the carrier nor our supplier will entertain a claim afterwards.
