Terms of Sale
Last updated 5 August 2026
These terms apply when you buy from Trail Fortress, operated by East Coast Performance Parts (“we”, “us”). Placing an order means you accept them.
Prices
Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice — supplier pricing on this catalogue updates daily. Many of the brands we carry set a minimum advertised price, and we honour it, so the price you see is the price everyone shows. The price that applies to your order is the one displayed when the order is placed.
We try hard to keep the catalogue accurate, but with tens of thousands of parts an error is possible. If a part is listed at an obviously wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it — we’ll call you before doing that.
Fitment
Fitment shown on this site comes from the manufacturer’s own application data, and the exclusions the manufacturer states are printed on the product page. We believe that is the most honest way to sell parts, and it’s the reason this site exists.
It is still your responsibility to confirm a part suits your specific vehicle and how it’s built — trim, drivetrain, cab configuration, engine option, existing lift, and wheel and tire size all change the answer. If there is any doubt, call (386) 262-8386 before you order. It costs nothing and saves a return.
Order acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. It’s accepted when we ship it. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if the part is out of stock, discontinued, priced in error, or the order looks fraudulent — and if we do, you are refunded in full.
Installation
Suspension, steering, brake and driveline parts change how a vehicle behaves. Install them to the manufacturer’s instructions, and have them fitted by someone competent to do it. Lifting a vehicle can also affect its legality on the road in your state, and alignment, headlight aim and load ratings are yours to sort out after the fit.
Returns and warranty
30-day returns on new, uninstalled parts, a 15% restocking fee on non-defective returns, and a 48-hour window to report damage or shortage. Parts carry the manufacturer’s warranty rather than ours. The full terms — including what can’t be returned — are on the returns page and form part of these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for the parts in it. We are not liable for labour, installation or removal costs, vehicle downtime, towing, lost time, or other indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot lawfully be limited, including under manufacturers’ warranties.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute belongs in the courts of that state.
