Rough Country 100054 combines the rear air spring kit with a 4-inch 4-degree spacer set, sized for 2007–2018 Chevy Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 in 4WD, AWD, or RWD, plus the 2019 Silverado 1500 LD. The bags support up to 5,000 lb of load for leveling. Minor drilling is required, and the kit does not raise the truck's rated towing capacity.

Air springs mount between the frame and the rear axle to carry weight the leaf springs alone would let sag, and the included spacers set them at the right height for these trucks. Coverage runs across Silverado 1500 trims from WT through High Country, the Sierra 1500 from Base to Denali, and the Silverado 1500 LD. Double-convoluted bags sit on powder-coated steel brackets and connect with DOT-approved line and push-to-connect fittings. Plan on drilling a few holes during installation, and treat the kit as a leveling aid rather than a towing-capacity upgrade.
