Rough Country 49930 is a 6-inch lift kit for compatible 2021–2026 Ford F-150 4WD models. It includes an N3 shocks and spacer package and requires 20-inch or larger wheels to clear the supplied knuckles. It does not fit single-cab, two-piece-driveshaft, CCD-equipped, 3.0L Power Stroke diesel, or Tremor models.

This kit covers supported Ford F-150 4WD trims from XL through Limited, along with the Police Responder and SSV applications shown in the fitment section. Installation requires cutting and drilling.
