Tongue Weight At The Hitch
Weigh Safe builds a hydraulic gauge into the shank of the ball mount, so tongue weight is read where the trailer sits rather than estimated or chased down at a truck scale. The adjustable models let you set drop or rise and swap ball size on the same unit, which matters if you pull more than one trailer.
This is an order in line for us rather than one we buy direct, and there are 59 parts available. Ball mounts and hitch balls make up 38 of them, with 7 weight distribution and sway control items, 6 hitches and receivers, 6 hitch locks and pins, and one storage piece. If you already know your tongue weight is drifting, start with the ball mounts.

Spec By Receiver, Not Vehicle
None of the 59 parts carry vehicle fitment data, and that is normal for this category. Order by receiver opening size, the drop or rise you need to get the trailer level, shank length, ball diameter and the capacity rating stamped on the unit. Measure from the top of the receiver opening to the trailer coupler with the trailer sitting level before you pick a drop.
Read the gauge with the trailer coupled, the jack fully retracted and the rig on level ground; a slope will skew the number. Torque the ball nut and the pinch bolts to the values in the instructions. Warranty terms for all 59 parts are published on the manufacturer's warranty page linked on the listing.
