Fairlead style decides this one: the plate works with hawse fairlead winches only, not roller fairleads. It hides behind the factory front bumper on 2014-2019 Chevy Silverado 1500 and 2014-2018 GMC Sierra 1500 trucks, leaves the bumper in place, and does not block radiator airflow. Built from 1/4in steel with a black carbon powder coating.
Sort out the winch first. This plate accepts most units on the standard 4.5in x 10in four-bolt pattern, but only with a hawse fairlead: roller fairlead winches will not work, and neither will oversized winches or winches with an air compressor built in. Fitment covers 2014-2019 Chevy Silverado 1500 and Silverado 1500 LD along with 2014-2018 GMC Sierra 1500 in 4WD and RWD. Mounting is hidden behind the factory bumper, so the bumper keeps its stock location and radiator airflow is untouched. Trucks with a body lift are excluded. Set aside 3-4 hours.
