Read the last line before you start: once this kit is installed the factory TRD skid plate will not bolt back up. That is a consequence of fitting it, not a fitment gate.
Two things rule a truck out and a third changes what you end up with. It does not fit the Tundra TRD Pro, and it does not fit trucks equipped with Load-Leveling Rear Height Control Air Suspension. The third is a consequence rather than a restriction: once the kit is installed, the factory TRD skid plate will not bolt back up, so the underbody ends up different from how it started.
