Rough Country 10591 is a steel rear bumper for the 1987-2006 Jeep Wrangler 4WD, built from 5/32-inch plate and 2-inch tubing. D-rings rated at 4.75 tons sit on tabs welded inside and out. It is not rated for class III towing, and the license plate has to move — Rough Country's TJ license plate adapter covers that.
Squared-off steel across the back of the 1987-2006 Jeep Wrangler 4WD, using 5/32-inch plate and 2-inch by .120-inch wall tubing so the corners take a hit without folding. The recovery points are why most owners fit it: 4.75-ton D-rings on tabs welded from both sides rather than tacked to the surface. Two things to sort out before ordering — it is not rated for class III towing, and the factory plate location is covered, so plan on the Rough Country TJ license plate adapter or another spot.
