Rough Country 51013RED is a 3-inch lift kit for the 2009–2013 Ford F-150 4WD and AWD, built around new forged aluminum upper control arms that hold ball joint angles in the lifted position. It bolts on with no cutting or drilling and can be returned to stock later. It does not fit regular or standard cab trucks, Raptor models, or seven-lug Heavy Duty Payload Package trucks.

Measure from wheel center to the bottom of the fender first: stock ride height over 22 in puts the truck outside this kit's range, which rules out most FX4, Snow Prep, and similar off-road packages with modified front struts. Trucks keeping factory wheels should stay at 11.5 in of tire width or less; aggressive-sidewall tires may want a 0.25 wheel spacer, SKU 1065. Shocks and struts are chosen separately, from N3 to M1 monotubes.
