It fits only trucks running 3-inch wide rear leaf springs, so confirm your rear spring width before you order.
This 4-inch lift kit for the 1970-1976 Ford F-100 4WD and the 1976 Ford F-150 4WD lifts the front on new coil springs with 7-degree C-bushings and a track bar bracket, and settles the rear on 2-inch lift blocks with fresh U-bolts and hardware. Nitrogen-charged N3 shocks damp both ends and correct the factory front-to-rear rake. Rear leaf springs must measure 3 inches wide. Rough Country lists the job at 5-7 hours in the driveway.
