Rough Country 477.20 is a 4 inch lift kit for 1997-2003 Ford F-150 4WD trucks in Base, XL, XLT, Lariat, and King Ranch trim. The kit pairs lifted knuckles and crossmembers up front with 3in blocks and U-bolts out back, and includes an N3 shock kit. It does not fit seven-lug Heavy Duty Payload Package trucks, and factory wheels will not work with it.

This 4 inch lift kit for the 1997-2003 Ford F-150 4WD arrives as a bolt-on package: lifted knuckles, front and rear crossmembers, upper and differential skid plates, extended sway-bar links, bump-stop brackets, torsion bar drop brackets, and 3in rear lift blocks with U-bolts, plus an N3 shock kit. No cutting, drivetrain work, or exhaust changes are called for, and the front end comes up to sit level with the rear.
