The straight-front-axle version of this lift, for the 1982–1985 Ford F-350 in 4WD. That axle requirement is the first thing to check, because it is what separates this kit from the others in the range. Four inches of front leaf spring, two N3 shock pairs and a pitman arm, on gas and diesel trucks alike. Not for dually models.
Front-axle type decides this one before anything else: it fits only trucks built with a straight front axle, and no amount of hardware substitution changes that. Beyond the axle, it is a straightforward bolt-on — replacement front leaf springs carrying the height, a hardware kit box, two N3 shock pairs and a pitman arm, working equally on gas and diesel F-350s. Set aside 6 to 8 hours. Dually trucks are excluded, and extended sway-bar links front and rear are recommended. Shipping weight is 214.0 lb.
