Rough Country 746.20 is a 4-inch lift kit for compatible 2005–2015 Toyota Tacoma 4WD and RWD models, built around lifted knuckles, front and rear crossmembers, fabricated 2in rear lift blocks, and N3 rear shocks. Aftermarket wheels are required for knuckle clearance; factory wheels will not clear because of their backspacing and offset. It does not fit TRD Pro, T/X Baja, or five-lug models.
This 4-inch lift kit for the 2005–2015 Toyota Tacoma 4WD and RWD ships as four boxes: crossmember, skid plate, knuckle, and the 4in N3 kit box. Front hardware covers lifted knuckles, strut spacers, differential drop brackets, skid plates, steering stops, bumpstops, and sway-bar relocation brackets; the rear side adds fabricated blocks, U-bolts, carrier bearing shims, and brake line brackets. Strut disassembly is not part of the job, but cutting and drilling are. Rough Country lists tire clearance up to 32x10.50 and an install time of 6-8 hours.
