In some cases minor trimming may be needed to clear 35-inch tires. On vehicles equipped with a two piece driveshaft there is the potential for take off vibration this can be corrected with SKU: 1776BOX1 carrier bearing shim kit. This 6-inch lift kit for the 2016–2021 Toyota Tundra 4WD covers SR, SR5, Limited, Platinum, Trail, Nightshade, and 1794 Edition trims, and it leaves the factory differential mounts, drivetrain, and exhaust alone. Factory 18-inch or larger wheels can stay on, though they limit tire width to 11.5 inches, and clearing 35-inch tires may call for light trimming.
