Cutting and drilling is required. Requires 18-inch or larger wheels. Stock 18-inch or larger wheels can be used but can accommodate tires no wider than 11.5-inch. In some cases minor trimming may be needed to clear 35-inch tires. On vehicles equipped with a two piece driveshaft there is the potential for take off vibration this can be corrected with SKU: 1776BOX1 carrier bearing shim kit. Rough Country 75240 is a 6-inch lift kit for the 2016–2021 Toyota Tundra 4WD in SR, SR5, Limited, Platinum, and 1794 Edition form. The kit pairs M1 monotube loaded front struts with an M1 monotube rear shock pair, knuckles, a high-clearance crossmember, and fabricated rear blocks. It does not fit TRD Pro Series or XSP-X models, and cutting and drilling are part of the job.
This 6-inch lift kit for the 2016–2021 Toyota Tundra 4WD raises the front on lifted M1 monotube struts, so no strut spacers are needed, and evens the front stance out with the rear. The high-clearance crossmember keeps the factory differential mounts, drivetrain, and exhaust untouched. Wheels must be 18 inches or larger; factory 18-inch wheels work but limit tire width to 11.5 inches, and clearing 35-inch tires can call for light trimming. Two-piece-driveshaft trucks may show take-off vibration, addressed with carrier bearing shim kit 1776BOX1. A downloadable installation guide is available.
