This 40-inch Black Series LED light bar kit for the 2021–2025 Ford Bronco Sport AWD puts forward-facing light above the roofline using a powder-coated steel mount that clamps to the factory rack: no rack, no install. The single-row bar pulls 200 watts across 40 five-watt CREE LEDs for 16000 lumens in a 30-degree spot pattern, with a die-cast aluminum housing, IP67 waterproof rating, moisture-breather venting, and noise silencers that quiet wind hum at speed. A flat-wound harness with an on/off switch is part of the kit, and a downloadable installation guide is available.
