Each unit arrives with the coil pre-loaded, so no spring compressor step is needed, and both struts are engineered for lifted ride height with velocity-sensitive damping tuned to the platform. A 1 3/8in bore, hardened chrome-plated piston rod, low-friction oil, and a leak-proof piston seal handle the damping work under a silver powder coat finish.
