These M1 Monotube front shocks fit 1987-1996 Ford F-250 4WD and 1986-1997 Ford F-350 4WD trucks across the Custom, Special, XL, XLT, XLT Lariat, Eddie Bauer, and Base submodels listed in the fitment section. The 2-inch seamless extruded body houses a 46mm digressive piston with self-adjusting deflective-disc valving, so rebound and compression react independently as the surface changes. The 18mm centerless-ground rod is case-hardened and chromed, and the housing is zinc plated against road salt and grit. Bushings are vulcanized natural rubber. Rough Country lists install time at 1-2 hours. Shipped as one pair for the front axle only.
