This M1R monotube rear shock pair for the 2007-2014 Cadillac Escalade covers Base through Platinum submodels in AWD and RWD, the Escalade ESV over the same years, and the 2007-2013 Escalade EXT in AWD. Each shock uses a 46mm monotube body with a 2-inch seamless extruded tube, a 2-inch digressive piston, and a 16mm case-hardened chromed rod, with an external reservoir and floating piston handling heat. Rebound and compression damping adjust independently through deflective discs. Rubber bushings and a zinc-plated finish round out the build. Plan roughly 1-2 hours for the rear-axle swap.
