These N3 front shocks fit the 1984-2001 Jeep Cherokee and 1997-2006 Jeep Wrangler in the trims listed in the fitment section, and they apply only to Jeeps carrying 1-3 in of suspension lift — a stock-height Jeep is outside the intended range. The damper uses 10-stage variable valving, a 35mm piston, an 18mm chromed hardened rod, and a 54mm body, with high-pressure nitrogen charging and military-spec fluid rated down to -40 degrees Celsius. Rubber bushings handle vibration. The feed lists install time at 1-2 hours for the pair.
