Both shocks come in one kit, and the N3 damper uses 10-stage variable valving with a nitrogen charge to resist fade.
This N3 front shock pair for the 1970-1991 GMC Jimmy 4WD and 1983-1991 S15 Jimmy 4WD is built for one setup only: rigs already lifted 5.5-6 inches. Check your lift height first, since a stock or shorter-lift truck falls outside the fitment. The N3 damper runs a 35mm piston in a 54mm body on a chromed 18mm rod, with military-spec fluid rated to -40 degrees Celsius and rubber bushings at the mounts.
