These are positioned for trucks already running 6-8 inches of suspension lift — verify your lift height before ordering. Damping comes from 10-stage variable valving with a nitrogen charge, and the shocks carry a 3 Year Limited Warranty.
These N3 rear shocks fit the 1994–2001 Dodge Ram 1500 in 4WD and RWD across Base, ST, SLT, LT, Laramie, Sport, WS, and SS/T 5.9L trims, but only on trucks already set up with 6-8 inches of suspension lift — factory-height and smaller-lift Rams are not covered. Each order is one N3 shock pair, so both rear corners get replaced together. Construction includes a 54mm body, a 35mm piston, and a chromed 18mm rod, with military-spec fluid rated to -40 degrees Celsius. Rough Country lists installation at 1-2 hours.
