The N3 design uses 10-stage variable valving with nitrogen charging to hold damping consistent as heat builds, a 35mm piston inside a 54mm body, and an 18mm chromed piston rod with a spring-loaded seal. Fluid is rated to -40 degrees Celsius. Rubber bushings damp vibration at the mounts. Rough Country lists roughly 1-2 hours for the swap.
