These N3 rear shocks fit the 1997-2003 Ford F-150 RWD in Base, XL, XLT, Lariat, King Ranch, Lightning, and Harley-Davidson Edition trims, and only on trucks equipped with 5-8 in of suspension lift. The pair ships together and uses 10-stage variable valving with a high-pressure nitrogen charge to limit fade, a 35mm piston and 54mm body for heat management, and a chromed 18mm piston rod for corrosion resistance. Rubber bushings handle vibration, and the fluid is rated to -40 degrees Celsius. Rough Country lists install time at 1-2 hours. Front shocks are a separate purchase.
