Rough Country 93172 pairs a bolt-on roof rack with a 40-inch single-row Black Series LED light bar for the Polaris XPEDITION ADV 5. The rack measures 64 in long, 49 in wide and 5.5 in tall, carries loads to 250 lbs, and uses slotted cross rails for tie-downs. The light bar puts out 16,000 lumens and is intended for off-road use only.

This roof rack and 40-inch Black Series LED light bar package covers the 2024–2026 Polaris XPEDITION ADV 5 Northstar, the 2024 Premium, and the 2024–2025 Ultimate as listed in the fitment section. Mounting is bolt-on with no drilling, and the rack ships with stainless steel hardware under a powder-coat finish. Cargo tie-down points run along slotted cross rails, with a rated capacity of 250 lbs. The 16,000-lumen bar is for off-road use only.
