Skyjacker's RBL40 is a single extended rear brake line for the leaf-sprung CJ platform: CJ5 from 1976-1983, CJ7 from 1976-1986 and the Scrambler from 1981-1985. It is specified for Jeeps carrying 2.5-5 in. of lift, where the factory line is too short to follow the axle to full droop.

The CJ chassis spans a decade of small changes, and this line covers the run of it — CJ5 through 1983, CJ7 through 1986, Scrambler from 1981-1985. Skyjacker lists it for 2.5-5 in. of lift, which is the band where a rear line goes from adequate to stretched. It ships as a single line rather than a pair, since the rear axle takes one.
