2.5-Inch Rear Leaf Spring for Toyota Tacoma (1998-2004)

2.5-Inch Rear Leaf Spring, fitment-checked

The first-generation Tacoma spring, 1998-2004, at 2.5 in. of rear lift. One qualifier on the record: six-lug wheels. It ships as a single spring, so a rear axle takes two.

This covers the earlier Tacoma rather than the second-generation truck that followed, so check the year carefully: Skyjacker lists separate springs for the later truck. Lift is 2.5 in. from a replacement leaf spring, which changes the rate as well as the height and firms up the rear for load. Trim coverage is Base, Pre Runner and Limited, with six-lug wheels specified. It ships singly at 43 lb boxed. Pair it with a matching front lift or the truck will sit tail-high.
