Overland version of the ICON Stage 2 system for the 2024-2025 Toyota Tacoma. Dual rate rear coils are rated with about 600 lb added in the rear. AVS trucks and rear leaf spring trims are excluded.

Built for a loaded truck: dual rate overland coils at the rear, rated for about 600 lb of added weight there. At that load they give half an inch of rear lift over stock. Around them, Stage 2 uses 2.0 Aluminum Series shocks with internal reservoirs, 2.5 Series coilovers with internal reservoirs for 1.25-3 in. of front lift, billet upper control arms on Delta Joint Pros, drop brackets and polyurethane bushings. Rule the truck out if it has AVS or rear leaf springs. Recalibrate driver assistance afterward. An adjustable track bar is recommended, not required. The kit suits 4WD, and part 55160 is not needed on a 2WD Tacoma. Shocks and Delta Joint Pros carry 1 Year. Coils, drop brackets and control arms carry Limited Lifetime. The dual rate design gives load support and bottoming resistance, and the extra height gives a more aggressive stance and fender clearance for larger wheels and tires. FK rod end bearings are used for longevity and minimal deflection.
