Stage 4 Tubular Overland Coil Suspension for Toyota Tacoma (2024-2025)

Stage 4 Tubular Overland Coil Suspension, fitment-checked

ICON Stage 4 with tubular arms and overland rear coils for the 2024-2025 Toyota Tacoma. Lift is quoted with about 600 lb added in the rear. AVS trucks and rear leaf spring trims do not fit.

Tubular upper control arms meet overland coils in this Stage 4 kit. The coils are dual rate and net half an inch of rear lift over stock with about 600 lb added in the rear. That load is the basis for all lift ratings on the kit. Remote reservoirs appear on the 2.5 Series coilovers (1.25-3 in. of front lift) and on the 2.5 Aluminum Series rear shocks. It does not fit trucks with Adaptive Variable Suspension or trims with rear leaf springs. Driver assistance recalibration is needed. ICON recommends an adjustable track bar. It is configured for 4WD, so on 2WD part 55160 can be skipped. Delta Joint Pros and shocks have a 1 Year warranty, and the springs, brackets and arms are Limited Lifetime. The Delta Joint Pro is serviceable and rebuildable, with 90 degrees of total articulation, so the front travels through bump and droop without bind. Polyurethane differential bushings replace the soft factory ones and limit differential movement under load.
