Start with the exclusions on this one: no TRD Pro, no vinyl flooring, no manual transmission. Everything else in the 2016-2023 Tacoma double cab range fits, SR through Limited. Trucks lacking the factory rear under-seat storage get partial rather than full coverage. Thermoplastic rubber, made in the USA.
SM71216 lands in the 2016-2023 Toyota Tacoma double cab, rear-wheel or four-wheel drive, across SR, SR5, TRD Sport, TRD Off-Road, Trail, Trail Special Edition, and Limited trims. TRD Pro is the notable exception, along with vinyl-floor and manual-transmission trucks. Coverage is also less than full on Tacomas that were not built with the factory rear under-seat storage, so check under your back seat first. The mats are thermoplastic rubber — flexible, temperature-resistant, textured on top — with a raised outer lip to keep spills and slush off the carpet.
