Tailgate Assist, fitment-checked
Rough Country 73212 fits the 2019–2025 Ram 1500 and the 2019–2024 Ram 1500 Classic, including Tradesman, Big Horn, Laramie, Rebel, TRX, and Limited trims. Check your gate first: trucks built with the multifunction tailgate are not covered. Install runs about 30 minutes.
Coverage here spans the full 2019–2025 Ram 1500 line (Tradesman through Limited Longhorn, plus Rebel, Warlock, TRX, and RHO) and the 2019–2024 Ram 1500 Classic in Tradesman, Big Horn, Laramie, Lone Star, and Special Service form. One qualifier matters more than the trim list: trucks equipped with the multifunction tailgate are excluded, so confirm which gate the truck left the factory with. The unit is A1018 plate steel, installs in a listed 30 minutes, and a downloadable installation guide is available. Shipping weight is 1 lb.
