They arrive with the coil already loaded onto the strut, which removes the spring compressor from the job entirely. Velocity sensitive valving is specified for this application rather than carried over. Cannot be installed alongside a strut spacer.
Compressing a coil spring in a driveway is the part of a strut job that hurts people. These come assembled with the coil pre-loaded, so the strut goes in as one unit and no spring compressor is needed. The damping is velocity sensitive and valved for this platform, so the level stance does not cost the factory ride. Read the exclusions carefully before ordering: no strut spacers, no AT4 or Trailboss, no diesel, and not the 2019 Classic body style.
