Wheels must feature 4.5in backspacing to fit. Please test fit wheels prior to installation. Some aftermarket wheels may require 0.25" wheel spacer #1065. Built for one truck: the 2022-2025 GMC Sierra 1500 AT4X in 4WD. Rough Country 110700 delivers 4 inches of lift with lifted knuckles, a front crossmember, differential drop brackets, and rear shock brackets sized for the factory Multimatic shocks. AT4X AEV trucks are excluded.
This 4-inch kit is written around the AT4X specifically, including rear shock brackets made for the truck's factory Multimatic dampers and a front kit box unique to the application. Up front you get lifted knuckles, upper strut spacers, front and rear crossmembers, CV spacers, differential drop brackets, and a differential skid plate; the rear adds fabricated lift blocks, shock relocation brackets, brake line brackets, and U-bolts. Cutting is required to complete the job. Factory wheels will not work — plan on 20-inch or larger aftermarket wheels with 4.5 in backspacing, and test fit before installation.
