Requires cutting and drilling. ONLY fits LT Trail Boss Custom Trail Boss and AT4 models as they are equipped with a 2-inch factory lift. 20-inch or larger aftermarket wheels are required. Wheels must feature 4.5in backspacing to fit. Please test fit wheels prior to installation. Some aftermarket wheels may require 0.25" wheel spacer #1065. Fitment on this page is based on the manufacturer’s application data.

4-Inch Lift Kit with Vertex 2.5 Shocks, fitment-checked
Rough Country 110350 puts adjustable Vertex 2.5 damping on Trail Boss and AT4 trucks: left and right specific front shocks plus a pair of 7 in Vertex 2.5 rears, on a 4-inch lift. Fits 2025–2026 Chevy Silverado 1500 LT Trail Boss and Custom Trail Boss and GMC Sierra 1500 AT4 in 4WD. Cutting and drilling are required.
Trail Boss and AT4 trucks come with a 2-inch factory lift, and this kit is written for them; nothing else in the 2025–2026 Silverado 1500 or Sierra 1500 range is covered. The damping package is Vertex 2.5 throughout: side-specific adjustable front shocks and two 7 in Vertex 2.5 units at the rear. Underneath sit a full front skid plate, a high-clearance crossmember, cast driver and passenger knuckles, and fabricated rear blocks. Cutting and drilling are required, and the factory wheels come off in favor of 20-inch or larger with 4.5 in backspacing.
