Rough Country 110230D delivers 6 inches of lift on the 2025–2026 GMC Sierra 1500 using the diesel-specific front kit, an N3 shock pair, cast knuckles, and a high-clearance crossmember. Elevation, Pro, SLE, and SLT are covered in 4WD and RWD; Denali, Denali Ultimate, AT4, and AT4X are not.
This is the diesel-front-kit build of the 6-inch Sierra 1500 package. An N3 shock pair handles damping, and the height is carried by a high-clearance crossmember, cast driver and passenger knuckles, and fabricated rear blocks that keep track width where the factory put it. Fitment runs 2025–2026 GMC Sierra 1500 in Elevation, Pro, SLE, and SLT, in 4WD or RWD; Denali, Denali Ultimate, AT4, and AT4X are excluded. Expect cutting and drilling during the install, and plan on aftermarket wheels 20 inches or larger with 4.5 in backspacing.
