V2 monotube shocks with the 5-inch GM block, the third of Rough Country's 6-inch builds for these 8-lug trucks and the lightest of them.
Damper choice is the axis here. This version takes V2 monotube shocks in front and rear pairs, matched to a 5-inch GM block and U-bolt set, and comes in lighter than either of the alternative builds for the same truck. The 8-lug steering assembly and skid plate box are common to all three. Coverage is the Chevrolet K2500 and K3500 and the GMC K3500 from 1999 to 2000 in 4WD. Shipping weight: 203 lb.
