Rough Country 160.20 lifts 1977–1991 Chevy K20 and GMC K25 4WD pickups and Suburbans 6 inches on new front leaf springs, rear add-a-leafs, and 4-inch blocks, with N3 shocks at both ends. Trucks running a factory front sway bar do better with drop brackets, part 1019, and quad-shock front ends simply use a single aftermarket shock per side.
This 6-inch kit covers 4WD Chevrolet K20 and K20 Suburban from 1977–1986, V20 Suburban in 1987–1988, V2500 Suburban in 1989–1991, plus the GMC K25 and K2500 pickups and Suburbans across the same era. The front rides on lifted leaf springs with a new steering arm and brake line relocation brackets; the rear pairs add-a-leaf springs with 4-inch blocks and fresh U-bolts.
