The three-quarter-ton entry in Rough Country's 1973–1976 Chevy and GMC lift line, 12030 raises K20 and K25 pickups and Suburbans 4 inches on a pair of front leaf springs, a raised steering arm, and N3 shocks front and rear. Trucks with a front sway bar should add drop brackets, part 1019; trucks with factory front quad shocks need the quad shock kit, part Q20027.

Front lift comes from a pair of leaf springs plus a raised steering arm that keeps the steering geometry sorted at the new height, and application-valved N3 shocks control both axles.
