A rear air spring kit for the 2004–2014 Ford F-150 in 4WD and AWD, Rough Country 10008 covers XL through Platinum, King Ranch, Lariat, FX4, STX, and the special editions listed in the fitment table. It suits trucks from stock height through six inches of lift. It does not fit Raptor models, and it applies to the newer body style rather than heritage trucks. Minor drilling is required.

Half-ton trucks squat fast under tongue weight, and this kit is the direct fix for that on the F-150: bags between the frame and rear axle that take up load without changing the empty ride much. Fitment reaches Limited, Lariat Limited, Harley-Davidson Edition, and the anniversary edition alongside the volume trims. Check the exclusions first: Raptor trucks are out, and so are heritage-body models. A downloadable step-by-step installation guide is available. The install calls for minor drilling, and the kit does not raise the factory towing rating.
