The aluminum-bodied F-150 generation is well served by air springs, since the rear end is light enough to drop noticeably the moment weight goes in the bed. This kit puts a double convoluted bag on each side, mounted to powder-coated steel brackets, and gives up to 5,000 lbs of leveling support. The 10100 compressor and gauge come in the box, so pressure is adjustable from where you sit rather than at a gas station airline. Fittings are 1/4 in. push-to-connect on DOT-approved line. Minor drilling required, and towing capacity is not affected. 47 lb boxed.
