The spacer is what separates this one from its siblings: Rough Country 100347 ships the GM heavy-duty rear air spring kit with a 4-inch, 4-degree spacer set. Fits 2020–2026 Silverado and Sierra 2500 HD and 3500 HD in 4WD and RWD. Rear sway bar and frame-side-mounted 5th wheel hitch trucks are excluded, and minor drilling is required.

Kit contents are the 10034 rear air spring assembly and a 4-inch, 4-degree air spring spacer kit. Vehicle coverage is 2020 through 2026 Silverado 2500 HD and 3500 HD and Sierra 2500 HD and 3500 HD, from WT and Pro work trims up through High Country and Denali Ultimate, in 4WD and RWD. Two exclusions decide the sale: rear sway bar, and frame-side-mounted 5th wheel hitch. Minor drilling is required. Trucks built in 2021 with headlight actuators use the supplied headlight adjustment brackets, and a downloadable installation guide is available.
