Rough Country 100345 pairs the 10034 rear air spring kit with a 1.5-inch air spring spacer set in one box. It covers 2020–2026 Silverado 2500 HD and 3500 HD and Sierra 2500 HD and 3500 HD in 4WD and RWD. Trucks with a rear sway bar or a frame-side-mounted 5th wheel hitch are excluded, and minor drilling is part of the install.

Two components make up this kit: the GM heavy-duty rear air spring assembly and a 1.5-inch spacer kit. Fitment runs 2020 through 2026 across Silverado 2500 HD and 3500 HD — WT, Custom, LT, LTZ, High Country, ZR2 — and the Sierra equivalents from Pro to Denali Ultimate. Check two exclusions first: rear sway bar, and frame-side-mounted 5th wheel hitch. Minor drilling is required. On 2021 trucks with headlight actuators, the front and rear headlight adjustment brackets in the kit come into play.
