Crystal Headlight Set for Ford F-150 and Expedition

Crystal Headlight Set, fitment-checked

A crystal-style headlight set covering three closely related Fords: the 1997-2003 F-150, the 1997-2002 Expedition, and the 2004 F-150 Heritage that carried the old body forward after the redesign. Crystal housings use a clear lens with the optics moved back into the reflector, which is why they look different from the fluted factory lamps. An install guide is published. Shipping weight is 7.63 lb for the set.

Headlights on a truck this age are usually replaced for a reason that has nothing to do with style: the lens hazes, the reflector clouds, and output drops off long before anything actually fails. This set covers the 1997-2003 F-150 and the 1997-2002 Expedition, and it also fits the 2004 F-150 Heritage, the year Ford kept selling the previous body alongside the new one. Crystal housings run a clear lens with the beam shaping done in the reflector rather than the glass. An install guide is published as a download; the set is 7.63 lb boxed.
